Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and workspace. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.

2. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, abusive, or infringing use of the Service.
• No sending of spam or messages without a lawful basis/consent.
• You are responsible for complying with email/SMS/WhatsApp and data-protection laws for the contacts you import and message.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Trials convert to paid unless cancelled before they end.

4. Your data & content

You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party integrations

Features that connect Google, Meta/WhatsApp, Stripe, or email providers are subject to those providers' terms. You are responsible for any accounts and numbers you connect.

6. Availability & disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abidott Solutions OPC Pvt Ltd will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kerala, India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
